Last year I decided that my only option was to file bankrutpcy. It was not an easy decision, but it had to be done. After calling some of the numbers I saw on tv, I was completely disgusted with bankruptcy attorneys. They were judgemental about my situation, tried to pressure me into giving them a retainer immediately and then had the nerve to ask me to borrow money to pay the rest of their huge fees. Hmm, if I am not mistaken, borrowing money is what got me into this predicament in the first place so I was NOT about to do that! So, I went to the phone book and called some of the names listed there. The smaller firms were definitely more personable and Tim was the best at making me feel like he could help me. He returned my call promptly and answered all of my questions. I especially liked that Tim only does bankruptcy cases. His knowledge of the bankruptcy laws was critical in my choice of attorneys. He explained things clearly and charged a fair rate for his services. It has been a year now and I am thankful that I found Tim to help me through a very difficult emotional and financial time. I would definitely recommend Tim Wilson to anyone in need of a bankruptcy attorney.

At a time where I had more questions than answers I turned to the Law Office of Timothy Wilson and was very fortunate that I did.
