Horrible experience. Q is lying want to do things with professionalism. You lie and take advantage of q they say they speak Spanish. Here in Jacksonville consultations are computer, priemero make you pay and tell you "and then spent the lawyer" walk into the office and are on one screen and another person after q q does not tell you is the same. I understand q is 2016 and technology to advansado much but I think we should prepare tsmbien q and algunps of us prefer to contact directo.Muy sad to know as you think q Hispanic community help us but the only thing q want is to get easy money when we fight hard for it. Very disappointed and I feel robbed by them. Horrible experience. It is a lie That They Want to do With profesionalism thing. They lie and take advantage by telling They They speak spanish you. Here in Jacksonville the consults are through skype, yet They never tell you this all They do is take you money and tell you "the lawyer will be shortly with you" then you walk in, an empty room and someone in the screen, not himself (Which they dont warn you about prep Either) and i know but i myself is 2016 rather physically Have someone face to face. It is sad to see how you May Think They are helping us but all hispanics They want the easy money Which is a lot of us work hard for it. I feel very let down and That They stole my money and time.

Excellent and better firm. Visit several lawyers for my immigration case, some of them told me they did not have a case, a couple of them I could try but the prices were extremely high. When you reach the firm Stefan Latorre, since I was super-confident between because it is a very professional place and customer service it is excellent. Horrible. These people will suck every bit of money they can from you. I had given a payment in person for my residency application and later was told that they never recieved it. I of course had to pay again since this was a serious matter. Not only that but when i had given all the documents they had asked to send to immigration, they later contacted me saying i had given them insuficient documents even though i had specifically asked if what i had was enough and was assured it was plenty. Of course they charged me another large amount of money to send. I found out my residency was sent to me in december but they waited until march to contact me. Prior to that, they were trying to convince me and my family to renew our workers permit so they could get some more money out of us. Theres law offices that dedicate themselves to helping the people they serve, and then theres law offices like this one that will rob you of money because they know people will have no other option to pay when it comes to legal matters.

Today I went my third and last appointment to this place, taking me the baddest experiment we because none of the 3 appointments I could solve my problem, they should take a course in how to manage the client. All visited the lawyer to give consultation to the person and not to see a group of attendees who do not know where they stand! If something as simple as was elncaso mine advised me not as it should and will be in more complicated cases ... ???
