I really needed to have a check cleared and after exhausting all my options on the phone with customer service I decided to walk into a branch to see if someone could help me there. There I was met by Assistant Store Manager Gilbert who invited me to his desk and proceeded to check on the account and even though I was from out of town he got it done. I left extremely satisfied and happy I have TD Bank hiring classy and fair managers to really help their customers. Good job Gilbert.
