Michael Cain restored my faith in attorneys. I was divorced over 3 years ago and recently needed some post-divorce issues to be addressed. I now live in another state and initially tried to find a local attorney who was dual licensed and able to assist, but found that the State Bar was unable to provide information with such law offices, so I spent a reasonable amount of time on the phone unsuccessfully trying to locate someone who was able to help me. What I did encounter were numerous firms who were very impersonal, borderline rude at times and overall unwilling to help or even provide the names of potential firms which might have a dual licensed attorney. It seemed as though I was running into one brick wall after another until I made the call to Michael Cain’s office and was greeted with a very friendly voice on the other end of the line by his staff, which was a very pleasant surprise after my previous experiences. My consultation with Michael went extremely well and I was instantly put at ease with his friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to demeanor. He took the time to really listen to the information I provided and asked further questions to clarify what my hopes of the expected outcome would be. Within 24 hours of my consultation, Michael had contacted my ex-husbands attorney and provided me with a copy of their written offer. I simply cannot express how impressive this experience has been from the friendly, helpful attitude of Michael and his staff to the rapid pace in which he took action to move things forward to conclusion. Hindsight truly is 20/20 and I wish that I had contacted Michael Cain 3 years ago when I was going through the divorce, as I believe that I would have had a representative who was looking out for my best interest and making sure that things were equitable.
