I was traveling down I-10 in my car and I was involved in a devastating 18-wheeler accident. I tried to handle it on my own and was informed by my insurer that I could not make any claim because I only had liability insurance. This was unbelievable, I had to take a second job to try to make enough money to buy a new car, not to mention my children and my injuries.
