When beginning my divorce proceedings, I was referred to Rosanne DeTorres by two separate people who had just just gone through the divorce process and had used the firm. Needless to say, a divorce is a stressful experience in and of itself. My interactions with Rosanne and her staff were not only NOT stressful but they alleviated the stress of my personal situation. My phone calls were answered or returned in such a timely fashion (including on weekends when unexpected drama came up) that it surprised me! I also did not feel that I was ever charged in excess or in a way that made me feel like i was on a time clock every time I communicated with them. Rosanne also took cues from me as to how I wanted to arrange the agreement, never pushing me to be too hard or too soft but really listening and proceeding in a way that felt right for me and my situation. I have referred this firm to others and will continue to do so.
