RIPOFF - STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM - I have attempted to call Michael several times and he does not have the courtesy to return my calls. If your looking for an attorney that will be responsive and return your calls, look elsewhere! Had to give one star to post. An update to my last post, I have to agree with Vinny G’s post. In regards to Michael’s response, if you answered your calls or responded to your email’s, you would not be getting so many negative reviews. By looking at the reviews, it appears that issues at this firm, started over the last 6 months. So Michael, if you want to turn things around, start by providing the service that your clients have paid for. RESPOND TO YOUR CLIENTS WHEN THEY REACH OUT TO YOU, IN A TIMELY MANNER! It’s strange that with all of this firm’s recent poor reviews, one 5 Star review was added from Broomee9. Tanya Broome, an employee of this firm appears to have a very similar name. If it’s the case where family and friends need to post a positive review, as opposed to the the actual clients real ratings because of poor service, that is a very sad situation. From my last postings, I have still experienced the lack of communication and response from Michael and his firm. Again Michael, if you want to improve your reputation, do the job your clients have paid you for and don’t ask family and friends to write nice things about your firm! Hey Michael, another honest review from Tina. Appears that you seem to be ripping a lot of people off. Again, I urge you to do the right thing and provide the service that people have paid you for. If you have fallen on hard times, be honest and refund people’s money and tell them to find another attorney. Sooner or later you will have to answer for your actions!

Michael Varble of Klien Varble & Associates,P.C. was my Lawyer i used in my custody case. words can not express how amazing he was for me( and my child ) & still is . He is straight to the point, no sugar coating ( even if its not what i wish to hear ) he is the ONLY lawyer & yes i have had several firms from westchester, putnam & dutchas counties, that i will say, responds to me either email, facebook or telephone, either that day or the next, mostly asap. this is unheard of behavior and if anyone has had a lawyer, they know i speak the truth. Many you are lucky they respond at all. Michael was outstanding in standing by my side through thick & thin of my situation & even after the case has ended still helps me with advice, again, completly UNHEARD OF work ethics. I praise him for going over the top & caring for his clients the way he does. I recommend him with all that i can, as a single mom who fought for my children s best interest, Michael understood, he listened to me & gave me his 100 % full attention, Never did i feel like a number, a case,a bother to him, never did i feel he had no time for me & the drama of my case. his attentiveness to me & my case was as if i was his one & only client. he is above the grade as far as im concerned and other lawyers should take after him as a role model. He is a good man beyond his Job, it seems to be his nature.

We used Gina M. DeCrescenzo for counsel for educational needs for our child. She made big promises Telling us she has done "hundreds" of cases like it. We liked what we heard. She collected a substantial retainer and we proceeded. Immediately after her story changed along with her game plan. This was not the end of the world to us. We asked for the balance of our retainer back and to exit the realationship. She said no problem and that she would send us a bill, we would sign it and get the balance. To our surpise, in the bill, besides the 2 phone call and 2 emails that we thought she would bill us for was more. She was billing us for all types of things that never took place along with the phone call and emails we had with her firing her!! $500 an hour! She was over billing by 50%. half the things in her bill were for things that didnt take place or should not have been billed. the description would say "email to clients" but it would be an email from her asking us to consider kepping her. I HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT?!?! Then She would not release the balance until we agreed. She held our money hostage for months until we signed off. DONT USE HER OR THE FIRM.

I had just started a new job and my life was seemingly headed in the right direction when in the span of one month I was facing a potential law suit. I had never been faced with these kinds of issues before. As a young man, not far removed from college, the world can get scary in a hurry. The stress almost cost me my job and I finally turned to Mike for assistance; after only 15 minutes on the phone with Mike I was able to relax and clearly understood what I needed to do and not do moving forward with both issues. It gave me a sense of relief and I was able to go to work with more focus. Both issues required no action, as I was faced with threats that never came to fruition. Had it not been for Mike, I would not have been able to step back from the situation and see my options clearly.

Gave Mr Varble a 2500.00 retainer,was billed for 118.00. I then informed Mr Varble due to changing circumstances I would no longer need his firm.i asked for the remainder of my retainer and was givin the runaround by several employees for months.Mr Varble himself will not return emails or calls regarding the matter. Over 20 emails.Filled a complaint with BBB. Now a complaint in to the Grievance Commitee .Not the kind of guy a hard working person with little money should trust in my opinion.i have been contacted by several others that he did the same to them.Stay Clear !!!

Divorce is not always a good experience, but under the guidance of Mr. Klein, I felt I was in competent hands throughout the process. Mr. Klein took me through the system with my best interest in mind at all points. It can become an emotional roller coaster and he took the time to set me back on track. Yet, I also needed someone who would not back down on my behalf, and he did not. I am very happy to have had this support from Mr. Klein, and the entire office staff who assisted with compassion in various aspects, as I went through this experience.

Then sent me a form letter in the wrong name for a vehicle lawsuit (wrong case) Total waste of time!!!! Doubt they even looked at my case of the medical records i sent via dropbox.
