When I told one of my friends about the situation and what was happening, she recommended I give Tom Bennerotte a call. I talked with him and he did a great job explaining the entire process to me. The team at Bennerotte & Associates is absolutely incredible. Different people in the office communicated with me throughout the process and I always felt like they genuinely cared about both me and my case. During the time my case was being examined and leading up to arbitration, I was still getting the medical care I needed, thanks to Tom and his team. Before arbitration, we sat down and did a “run through” of what the process would look like that day. Not only did Tom get my medical expenses covered, but I received a very fair settlement as well. I met Tom because my parents were in a bad crash and needed help not only getting money for their car, because they got offered a minimal amount, but also needed help getting their medical costs paid due to the severe injuries that left them with life long effects. Tom helped them get a settlement from the at-fault driver that also gave them money for the pain and suffering they had gone through as a result of the crash. Since then I have referred several different people to Tom and I have heard nothing but great things from every one of them. Tom is a amazing personal injury lawyer. My first car accident was in Dec of 2004. Tom was the only lawyer that would take my case. He reassured me that all my medical bills would be paid.
