I could not be more pleased about the choice I made in having David Bailly represent me. He was always prompt in responding to my emails or phone calls, typically in less than 24 hours. He took the necessary time to explain everything to me, which provided a level of confidence that exceeded my expectations. In addition to being responsive and patient, he delivered on his promises. He did not exaggerate or make excuses because he did not have to, due to the fact, he was honest and forthright. Another pleasant aspect about the experience was how quickly the process was completed. He was on top of the case at all times and not only were there no unnecessary delays, the case was completed in half the amount of time I anticipated. David Bailly has a solid reputation and that is due to his strong ethics, knowledge of the law, and understanding and anticipating how the other party would respond. That allowed us to stay one step ahead and never had to experience any shocking or surprising developments. All of this in addition to the fact that my case was a difficult case.
