Over the past 5 years I was very pleased with the services provided by Bob Webber and his firm. Just before I become his client I initiated Green Card through employment application process with another attorney, who was not very helpful. Very soon I found myself in a middle of Labor Certification process with complete mess in my case and deadline what I was about to miss. I had to terminate that service and switch to Bob having conviction after first consultation that he is very experienced and honest attorney in matter of immigration. I must say, I have never regretted that decision! Bob made fantastic job organizing my case in short time and meeting that deadline. He gave me the detailed scenario of my case that was not exuberant but had optimism in the final result. Though it took five years to accomplish my goal, every step of the way was handled in a prompt and professional manner. His immense knowledge in the immigration matters and his professionalism and endless efforts to help me with every step in preparing the documents for all my needs were exceptional. Our communications was excellent. Any questions or concerns that I had were immediately addressed. I was always informed about status updates, changes, etc. At times, I felt like he was thinking more about my case than I was. He also worked well with my Green Card sponsor. Webber law firm was recommended to me by my friend, who is also an immigration attorney. She researched attorney’s forums to find experts in applying for green card for scientists. I’m a postdoctoral fellow in neuroscience and my scientific record was not that outstanding. Moreover my university did not support my green card application and I had less than 1.5 years left on my H1B visa. That’s why I needed a professional who could prove my exceptional ability in science. I got a free consultation and a very reasonable quote from Robert Webber via email suggesting to file EB2-NIW self-petition for my case. The petitioner letter as well as drafts of recommendation letters were written with deep understanding of what I’m doing and how my work is important for the national interest of US. All our communication with the Webber law firm was through email and file sharing, the responses were prompt, clear and straight forward. The whole process from the very start to filing of I-140 took 4 months. Robert was sure I had a very strong case and he convinced me to file I-485 concurrently. Indeed, I got my I-140 approved in 6 month with no RFE and I-485 got approved a month after! The whole process was smooth, fast and hassle free. I highly recommend this law firm!

They will monitor your case even when USCIS has put it in "sleep mode" for years - as soon as something happens at USCIS that impacts your case they will contact you with a detailed plan of action. Emails and voice messages are promptly responded to. Every single person on the staff exhibits professionalism, efficiency and courtesy. Information received by them from USCIS about your case is promptly emailed to you with scanned copies. To sum it up, Webber law made me feel that they cared about my case as much as I did - and that is saying a lot!

I most highly recommend Bob and his firm for any immigration matters. I am a financial industry professional and a discerning consumer of professional services. When it comes to something as critical as immigration, I did my research and was not willing to compromise on the provider. I cannot tell how much I appreciate his work and effort for my green card case. It was a long and enduring process, and also almost-impossible and much narrow track case.
