I am a huge fan of Dave Ramsey and this is how I found Pinnacle Insurance Agency. I have been working with Troy and he truly does have the "heart of a teacher." He has taken the time to answer all of my questions regarding home and auto insurance and has even gone above and beyond my expectations and talked to me about term life insurance rates. Even though I already had excellent insurance rates, he was very knowledgable about how much coverage I should have and was great at explaining WHY! Troy has been very quick to respond to any questions that I have had and willing to set up appointments to discuss things in more detail. I have been very pleased with the service I have received thus far! The staff at Pinnacle is friendly and professional and I got the feeling that they truly enjoyed working with one another. I have never received this type of exceptional service from any other insurance agency! They made me feel like I was important and I have already recommended them to a friend. The way they keep in touch through email and mail provides a nice touch as well! Thank you for the great experience and I look forward to working with your agency.

Much to share. All positive. Since first phone call to Mike and then meeting Mike and Troy it has been some great years of good insurance coverage. Everyone I have spoken too is knowledgeable and helpful no matter the need. The quick response time is impressive. My husband and I feel like they are not only insurance owners/agents, but are more like family friends. We enjoy the notes/cards we get from them, but especially the call saying, "We have found a better deal for you"! We were referred to Pinnacle thru Glenn Westing at a Dave Ramsey class. Troy helped me find better auto and home coverage for less cost than my previous insurance company. He really understood the coverage that I needed and wanted based on my feedback and put together a plan that met all of the requirements and more. Troy also pointed out some gaps in my current coverage and was able to provide me information about if I should consider additional coverages without any high pressure sales or other chicanery I have experienced in the past. It has been two years now since we switched to Pinnacle Insurance. I was listening to Dave Ramsey on the radio and decided to try a endorsed local provider, as he recommends. I met with Al and he reassured me I could bundle all of my insurance together and get a much better price and even a better policy. Since that time, I have made a few changes by emailing the office. Just this week, Bree made the changes I needed instantly. I have also received great help before from Mary anytime I needed a question answered or to make a change of any type. Wow - money in my pocket without any effort on my part! I have been with Pinnacle Insurance for 3 years and just received a call stating that they did an independent review of my policy renewals for auto and home. Looking at my renewals, Pinnacle thought they seemed a bit high, so they found the same level of coverage for both my auto and home within their carriers - saving me a combined $600 over the original renewal options. This is customer service at its best. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in receiving a fair and competitive price for excellent service.

I work personally with the great folks at the Pinnacle Insurance Agency. They handle all of my personal insurance needs and save me hundreds of dollars every year over my old agency. Like they always say, "they represent their clients and not insurance companies."
