AAA Narragansett has consistently delivered best user experience through the years, from getting insurance to getting license renewed. Recently I used their services to get foreign currencies for work trips abroad and it has been great! Easy transaction, all paperwork done within 15 minutes and best of all a call when money were ready to be picked up. Very knowledgeable and polite staff too!

Arrived in reasonable amount of time. Not knowledgeable of how to remove spare tire from car. Broke release handle on release device. 3 different phone calls to reach Customer Service regarding repair of damaged equipment. This simple "changing a flat tire" is developing into an ordeal.
