Horrible Customer Service! I called Progressive for an insurance quote on my house, they referred me to there local agent service (Preferred First Insurance). Preferred First Insurance wanted to totally redo all my insurance. I told them I only wanted to get a quote to bundle my auto, motorcycle and home with Progressive Insurance. They would NOT work with me. They were rude and unfriendly.
