I am an insured rider on a policy for our auto. After overcharging our account by three hundred dollars, when we first signed up, and randomly changing our back accounts without our permission, this is the WORST agency I have ever used. Bob, who apparently is the VP has no clue what he is doing. He created our policy wrong and then places the blame on the customers! More so he has the worst customer service. When you tell your customers, and I quote "I am done dealing with you." You really need to rethink your customer service. I will gladly pay a higher premium somewhere else versus dealing with that man again. If I had the choice I would give the company zero stars.

I have been a customer with Anchor Insurance for several years and have nothing but good to say about them. Todd Mines and his staff have always been very courteous, efficient, taking care of my needs in a prompt manner. I have found their rates to be better than others I have researched. I would certainly recommend this agency.

While looking for new insurance on multiple dwellings, I asked for references from my property manager in Muskegon. This company was the only one I was told to stay away from. Terrible service and owner and after seeing all the reviews...hard to argue with their assessment.

Wow, I heard negative things about this guy, Jim Mines, but after viewing his FB page, what a despicable person. The way you treat customers is disgusting. Research shows you were booted from Farm Bureau, wonder what crooked actions occurred. BBB here I come.

Research Jim Mines before even considering this company. Cheap rates by tampering with policies, DOES NOT equate to claims coverage. Go elsewhere for your insurance needs.
