Within minutes of the accident, John Lofrumento was on the phone with me guiding me through the process and getting the claim started. The Lofrumento Agency was at work immediately helping make sure all details were covered. The Agency helped with everything from the rental car being available and paid for, to recommending a reputable collision shop. Within the following weeks of the accident I received numerous calls from The Lofrumento Agency making sure the process was going smooth. John and his staff help make a bad day a good deal easier. Its nice to have customer service like this on your team.
