I have been with Bob Love State Farm for little over a year now. His agency came highly recommended from a family member. We had been with another company for aver 15 years, but felt that our rates kept climbing every year. I contacted his office with much hesitation due to the fact that I don’t like change, he made the change seamless and saved us quite a bit of money. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance. Our daughter was in a MVA and I contracted the office the next day to see how to file a claim, Shi-Ann the office manager was very pleasant and handled my claim as if it was her own family member. I never had to worry about any of it they handled everything. A week after the accident Bob Love contacted me to find out how our daughter was doing and to be sure his staff took care of us. I can’t say enough about this agency, but Bob really stand up to his name “Love “.

He and his staff take the time to actually listen to the needs of their clients, and they may not always be able to help every client, but they are always forthright and do their best to protect their clients. I do not recommend the company whatsoever and took my business elsewhere. The only positive thing I can say is that ONE of the receptionists apologized about the continuous mix ups.
