I rarely write reviews but I really cannot believe the phone conversation I just had with Cindy at Joe Williams State Farm office. I do understand that moving can make your insurance premium go up but when trying to ask her questions and explain to her that their office was suppose to remove someone from my household at least 6 months ago. Is all she could do is over talk me during the whole phone conversation and would not listen me. I must say that since I was transfered to this office I have not gotten the good customer service that I have gotten with my 2 previous State Farm agents offices. Never less to say I have been with State Farm since January of 1988.
