I have known Jim for the past 8 years as a good friend from mutual school acquaintance over the holidays. I believe his success is based on straightforward tactful honesty with everyone he meets, litigates with, or counsels. I do know he is NOT A PRODUCTION LAWYER that "takes as many cases as possible for revenue, providing diluted services." He is devoted to his family, friends, and clients. For these reasons, he is obviously (from articles) highly respected by all in the judicial system and probably that is why he wins many of his cases.
