Nightmare!!!!! At around 5pm the night before court, my assigned attorney calls and asks if I have time to discuss my case! I said, are you kidding! How can you possibly be prepared to handle this case given the fact that you have never contacted me and know nothing about me. He said, well there are 300 documents that I am downloading now. He said, this is how we do things. I said really! I asked him if the judge has these 300 documents. He said, he did not know what all the judge had. He said, the judge needed all records 5 days ago and he just got assigned my case 7 days ago. I asked him if he was even aware of what the extent of my injuries were and he said no. After talking, he agreed he could not possibly represent me adequately. He suggested I fire him before the judge and hire my own attorney. He said, the most it will cost is $6,000. He said, if I do that they would put me at the top of the docket. If I let him argue the case, he would most likely lose and it would take another 12 to 18 months before I could be in front of the judge. I can not even tell you the amount of stress this caused. The sad thing is, I kept calling and asking for my attorney to call me. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I used Allsup to assist me in obtaining SS Disability benefits. Allsup filed 1 document (Application) with SSA. I personally provided birth certificates and school records to SSA. I was neutrapinic and receiving blood transfusions at the time. Allsup was unaware that I received my disability benefits. When I advised Allsup of the settlement they immediately filed for their fee with SSA with appears to be a back dated the document. My agreement with Allsup was a maximum of $6,000. They are seeking 25% for from each beneficiaries and me. I called Allsup to discuss the fees but was unable to talk to a representative and left a voice mail. I received a letter from SSA stating the fee was $5,000. Allsup stated they received a fees amount from SSA for $6,000 but could not provide it to me. Told me to deal with SSA.

These people are shisters, what ever you do, do not use Allsup. The long term disability company that I had made me use Allsup to apply for my Social Security benefits. I did most of the work to get my SSI and when my SSI started, I paid all of my back pay to Allsup, and I also had to pay Allsup an additional amount of money above and beyond my back pay amount. I could not believe it, I barley made ends meet on the month that I had to pay the extra money to Allsup. When I called to find out why I had to pay more money than I received in SSI back pay, all I got was excuses and threats on what would happen if I did not pay up. Using Allsup was one of the biggest mistakes of my life, save your self money and aggravation, do not use Allsup,

I absolutely love these folks, social security said I was too young 45 but allsup stepped in and won my case, these repersentives would let me know ahead of time I would be getting a denial from ss but to discard it , always caring and compassionate when I would speak to them, I have and will continue to suggest allsup to anyone needing social security, if you have any questions call allsup they will find you answers

They got me approved, but did not inform judge of their advice to me about continuing unemployment benifits during the application process. Allsup told me that I could repay the unemployment benefits with my back pay once disability was approved. The judge denied my back pay because on paper it looked like I was trying to hide it. Allsup should have documented our conversations regarding this.

They stuck with me even after several denials, went to court with me, and got me approved. During all this they never made me fill out any papers, they did it all. I highly recommend them. I had short term and long term disability with another company who then decided I needed to file for SSD. Allsup was a GOD-SEND! They did everything, was in constant communication, and was just overall the best. I was granted a hearing in which I was represented by Allsup and was granted disability at the hearing.

very satisfied. they pretty much did everything for me. got 2 denials, but they got it done. depression even made me want to give up and not care about this at all anymore after the denials, but they continued to call me with support and told me to not give up. I thank the lord for Allsup everyday.

The reason they have a high success rate is because they dont help those who need help. The weed out the cases that may be too complicated. They are leaving me as a single mom to my own devices. Dont bother calling them unless you have a clear case and in that case you probably dont need them.

these guy talk the talk but do not follow through. had too go to court and the representive flew in and was late no time to talk before seeing judge . did nothing for me when judge was attacking me . get yourself a lawyer they simple do not care about you
