Karmel and her ENTIRE staff are the very BEST!!! I was extremely nervous going in because I did not want her to look down on me because of my situation. She was an absolute joy and very easy to talk to. She did not make me feel embarrassed or anything like that. Everything , down to the court hearing was a breeze. She even had someone down there with me and she stayed by my side the entire time, not like the other individuals who had to go look for their attorneys. Even after the service was complete she is still available to answer all of my questions without hesitation. I would absolutely recommend her without hesitation!!!

I think Karmel needs to do more training on how to be more professional, I received more help from her secratary than who I was paying.
