I had the pleasure of working with Bob and Brittany from Modern Family Insurance Agency while shopping our commercial auto insurance. We were shopping our commercial auto through two other agents in addition to Modern Family. I felt as though Bob and Brittany were the only agents that actually tried to save me money. Bob and Brittany kept me informed during the process and made it extremely easy. They also offered multiple discounts to make our premium lower. Modern Family was by far the easiest to work with and offered the best quotes. I am happy to say that we have now switched all of our insurances to Modern Family and look forward to a long lasting relationship.

I came to Modern Family because my dad had such an awesome experience with them. Kelli Goodner was assigned to give me a quote and did that very efficiently. I was shocked with the rate that I was given and believed that it had to be "too good to be true". Since then, I have been speaking with Kelli back and forth about my insurance and asking questions that she has very quickly and patiently answered. I got a new car last month and my rate hardly went up at all. She talked me through all of the information I needed and then online billing process that I used to pay my balance. It has been a pleasure working with Kelli and with Modern Family Insurance Agency.
