William Hicks came highly recommended to me by two good friends- one of which had worked for his firm, and one who was represented by it. Mr. Hicks gave me my life back. In 2010 I endured what would become 2 years of litigation in a grueling divorce and custody battle. My ex-husband had hired a brutal attorney who may not have ever learned the definition of the word "ethics," and I had hired an attorney who did absolutely nothing except manage to get himself indicted for fraud. I was dealt a very poor hand. My ex-husband won everything, and my children and I have suffered the consequences of that outcome for four years. When I decided to take my ex husband back to court, I consulted with several attorneys. Every single one of them cringed when I spoke the name of the attorney my ex had used. Nobody wanted to deal with her, because she is simply a nightmare of an individual. Every one of them, that is, except Bill Hicks. Mr. Hicks did exactly what needed to be done for my family. My children and I are now living as we should have been for the last four years. I thank God for Mr. Hicks of Hicks Massey and Gardner.

The best attorneys you could ever hope to find locally for criminal law. They are the rock stars of the attorney world. My girlfriend had some of the most ludicrous charges you have ever heard of in your life. The investigator in the case, in my opinion, is truly unintelligent. I have never heard anything good from her peers about her. Very long story, made short- The attorneys at Hicks, Massey & Gardner made the problem vanish like a Vegas magician. There is no one else I would recommend hiring besides this law firm. They made a difficult situation easy to handle as they walked us through explaining how the processes work. They were great about staying in contact with us. We are extremely appreciative and thank you from the bottom of our heart.
