Scam! These people sent me a collection letter for something that happened over 2 years ago. When I spoke to the "manager" he could not tell me who sent them this information or where it came from. He kept explaining that they are trying to collect. He then asked for my social security number, and address. I explained that their company sent me this letter, he should have my address. He then gave me 2 different addresses that I did not live at! When I explained that they have the wrong person, he became more insistent on me giving hi my information. I have contacted my lawyer about them ans have been advised not to pay them. Good luck everyone!

keep calling about a bill from an accident. My insurance said it had been paid a while back and its been over a year. an unpaid hospital visit from october hit my credit score but one from june did not? and its been paid? going to go ahead and call bs on these guys. they claimed they can only drop amounts for you if you owe over 1500 but he tried to tell me he would drop my 248.05 to paying him 199.99. after that, and i was at work so i couldnt cuss at him, i muted my side and let my phone sit to the side for 45 minutes in which they actually stayed on the phone asking if i was there the whole time. DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. These bastards kept calling me about a surgeon fee that i didnt pay to a hospital. The "manager" came on the phone and kept pressuring me to pay right now with a credit card. I asked them to send me a letter with the bill and they never sent it. They called me every morning badgering me to pay these "hospital fees". So i called the hospital and they had no record of it of course. I proceeded to cuss them out with an Indian accent over the phone. I can at least say that they did not try calling me back.

SCAM!!!! This company sent me a bill that actually was related to a hospital visit I had, but once I spoke with the hospital I realized that the bill that was sent was fraudulent! Unfortunately, I already paid Bay Area Credit Services and they refused a refund so I am now utilizing the help of my bank who will refund the money. If this has happened to you, make sure to let your bank know and maybe your bank, like mine, will be good enough to issue you a refund.

After some searching around for information for a charge to my credit card, I found an email from Bay Area letting me know my payment had been received and it showed the amount and the description - it was for AT&T and frankly , I think the charge is legit. I was surprised to find the email and relieved to know this is a legit charge. Maybe I am the fortunate one among all the others who have a problem.

Scam artists, BEWARE!! Already paid these jokers months ago. I guess they think that I forgot about my payment and are billing me again for the same bill and amount plus about $30 more. I have the cancelled check from them to prove payment. REPORT THEM! I see from others rating them on their site that they cannot be trusted.
