I was looking for some homeowners insurance for my new place I bought. I like shopping around and did so for this too. I was surprised at how many places wouldn’t even return my calls or emails to give me a quote. This office returned my call the same day, gave me a quote in 5 minutes and because it was one of the cheapest options for the coverage, I signed up before the end of the day. The real reason I am giving a 5 star review is what happened a year later when I needed to make a claim. You truly never know how good your insurance is until you have to use it. When an unconnected dishwasher hose sent water spilling under my hardwood floors causing them to buckle and be completely ruined, I had to make a claim to get them replaced. I only had to make one call to my agent. I never had to call again. Everyone called me. Within 2 hours a guy who estimates the damage called me and scheduled a time to come out. He came when he said he would and was super friendly. Not only did he check the damage but he crawled under cabinets, closets, and the basement in order to see if there was any other damage I missed. He carefully measured every inch of the place and took a sample of the wood floor. He sent it for testing to ensure I was reimbursed the exact amount of what was ruined. Testing took 4 weeks for their lab to do but I got a call every single week updating me. Then when it was finally through, they called me to let me know the outcome and I got my check the day after that call came. Finally after all was said and done the agent called me to ensure everything had went smoothly and see if there was anything else that could be done. It made a bad situation go so smoothly. The fact that I never had to make a call, wait on hold for an hour and then get transferrrd around to see what was going on with my claim meant a lot to me. Having them pay out everything my floor was worth (It wasn’t a cheaply made floor) without me arguing the value meant a lot to me. I used them because they were one of the cheapest I found but having the peace of mind to know you are taken care of if something happens is priceless. I moved some other things like my retirement over here too because I know they will take care of it. I couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone.
