I have been a client of State Farm since I married my wife. I can honestly say that State Farm is a great company and this agency is great. Every person that works with Adi is always professional and polite. Whenever I call my questions are always answered, and if someone needs to do some research I always get a call back once they have an answer. Adi is the main agent of the office who has lots of experience and is very personable and honest. I normally speak with one of his agents that work for him and they are ALL warm, friendly and attentive . GREAT AGENCY!

Poor follow up. Lack of response. Adi never returns calls personally. I have been a State Farm customer for almost 20 years and have never had such a problem with an agent. I almost had a real estate deal fall through last year due to the lack of follow up and procrastination of the staff. Finally got fed up with the poor customer service today and filed a formal complaint with State Farm. If you are looking for a State Farm agent, keep looking!

One of the worst experiences I have had with State Farm in over thirty years. Makes me want to take all seven of my policies and go elsewhere. Would not return my calls. would not see me when I went to their office, would not communicate by email when sent directly to the owner, and when I tried to move my business to another agent they took another two weeks. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use this agent!!

The staff there must be extremely tired of covering for Adi. They are a great group. Adi on the other hand wants nothing to do with his customers. I dealt with Dave May before Adi, night and day difference. wont return phone calls. has his staff call back. horrible. my wife has been with state farm for 30 years. I have been with them for 20. Adi ruins the relationship quickly. sad.

This agent gives State Farm a bad name. I have had to remove all my policies from this office. Terrible customer service. It was always impossible to get a hold of anyone. If you went in, they recommended "scheduling an appointment". How can you do that if you never even call back?
