Before we changed our homeowners insurance to JL Insurance, we researched the companies out there. Since we changed our coverage to JL Insurance, we have had two claims and each time they responded in a timely manner and were friendly. We have peace of mind knowing we are with a dependable company with reasonable rates. We love the customer service. My husband and I have been customers of JL Insurance for over a year and are completely satisfied with their services. Our previous company was hard to contact and had poor communication with us. Our JL Insurance representative is personable, friendly and competent. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate ours. I highly recommend JL Insurance. The rates are competitive and the service is excellent.

This was after being put off and basically forgotten by his existing agent.
