I made an appointment with Jennifer she said she had an appointment at noon nothing after that so we arrived at 1:00 PM with our paper work and were told that she had left never called to cancel. We left copies of our paper work and phone number again. this was on Thursday called back on Tuesday morning never herd back by end of day. stopped in Wednesday waited for awhile she never came out to meet with us so I ask to have our paperwork sent to us not waiting any longer.

What the Welch Group did right was everything! For me personally, all of the replies to my questions regarding insurance coverage on home, flood auto, etc. were answered in a very quick manner and extremely professional while at the same time, very friendly and courteous. This is one reason I now have the Welch Group as my insurance agency.
