I usually have not written about review, however, because me and my mother seriously mad because of Florida Blue, I am writing this post. Last year in December, I and my mother joined Florida Blue together. Even though we are family and living together, because of the money we made different account. To apply this insurance, we used an agency, and we paid the bill about the first month in December. After then, my agency told me that everything done and just waiting. However, on this January, we got a new bill from Florida Blue which was a different price with my original bill. Additionally, at that time, our insurance cards were even not come yet. I got my insurance card on this February, but my mother got her insurance card on this March. It means that we couldn’t use our insurance two or three months, even though we paid every month. Additionally, to my mother, Florida Blue still sends strange bills. We called to Florida blue and my agency several times to ask these strange bills, but they replied us that we don’t know that bill, and your account has no problems. If they don’t know about that, who know? We should think that at least one of Florida Blue or my agency was lying to us, and they did not work properly. So, my mother make plans to raise the issue with Florida Blue, and cancel our insurance. Before the end, we keep our every strange bill from Florida Blue, and we also keep every E-mail and post mail from Florida Blue.

My experience was a great one. Noel Howe did an excellent job assisting my husband and I over the past year. Due to my varied medical issues and financial constraints as a result of being on disability I am the first to say it could not have been easy for him. He educated us both on the market place and the different plans that would be best for me because I have several very expensive drugs i take for anti rejection and medical visits with a PCP and transplant surgeon. We did have to change plans thru the market place a couple times, but he made it so easy for us and affordable for the best products available. I can say i became very well educated and appreciate his caring and professional service. He is an asset and friend for life. Thank you Noel.

I received excellent service when changing carriers at the beginning of the year. Their representative went out her way to explain the differences in plans, sorted through the Drs we use, and even compared costs to change plans a couple weeks later! There was confusion as to whether one of my Drs was "in network" or not. But after a couple phone calls that was resolved as well. Point being, they try to resolve your issues. I think they do care about their customers. Insurance is always a tough thing to deal with and they made it a pleasure!
