Very poor customer service from management and staff. I was the only one sitting in the lobby after logging into kiosk and was made to wait. Manager sat in his office and two crew members were in a separate office playing around while I sat. Only once others came in seeking assistance was I called back just to find out that the services I needed could have been handled at the kiosk. I have called in a complaint to Michael McKinsey or Mcklinzey...he did not make me feel confident that he would handle it correctly since I had to ask him if needed the location for which I was calling about. We shall see
