Mr. Miller represented me recently and I was extremely pleased with the outcome and legal services I received from him on my legal matter. I recently retained Mr. Miller to pursue my legal claim after I personally spent much time and effort for over a year trying to collect the amount due me, without success. Although my matter was relatively small in terms of dollars (less than $1,000), Mr. Miller gave me the impression that my matter was top priority for him and he backed that up with his actions and work ethic on my matter. When his initial demand for payment was ignored by the debtor, most attorneys would have given up given the amount involved and the prospect of spending substantial hours and losing money on the engagement. However, Mr. Miller vigorously pursued my claim for several months, even going as far as making a personal visit to the debtor’s place of business regarding my claim. The debtor quickly realized that he was up against a very capable and aggressive attorney and eventually paid my claim in full. In addition to his relentless efforts in pursuing my claim, Mr. Miller was also very professional and courteous and communicated well throughout the entire process. Needless to say, I was quite pleased to find an attorney that appears to place a priority on getting justice and the best outcome for his client as opposed to maximizing his fees and profits from the engagement. Such an approach is truly a rarity these days. I highly recommend Mr. Miller to anyone looking for an honest, hard-working, and experienced attorney who will fight tirelessly for the client’s rights and best interests.

Due to being seriously under-employed for a number of years from being downsized, I had gotten into a situation where I owed back taxes. With the addition of interest and penalties constantly accruing, the amount owed ballooned to more than I would ever have been able to pay. Michael Miller is an excellent tax attorney and he really bailed me out of a jam with the IRS. The next thing I knew the IRS was garnishing 63% of my take-home pay to cover my tax liability. I went to Mr. Miller for a life-line and he provided it. He immediately took the bull by the horns and negotiated a release of levy which freed up substantial funds and allowed me to meet my normal living expenses while also resolving my IRS liability. I contacted the office and actually got ahold of Mr. Miller himself. After being yelled at by him for around 25 minutes of my lunch break he concluded the conversation by telling me everything I already know. I informed him I had an open case and had searched for help and followed up with multiple IRS departments on my case, then he basically told me I need to wait to get answers from them. I explained I have had this open case for 2 years and all he could say was wait for them to help you or contact the Tax Payer Advocates, ( wich I already did ) the guy was mean, horribly rude to me. If wish to never deal with such disrespect again.

Quality legal work and straightforward answers and results are what I got from Michael. I hired him after I got notice that my 2009 tax return was being audited and I realized that I may have some serious problems with some of my deductions. He knew exactly the type of documents I would need to produce and how to organize the info and present it to the IRS for maximum results.
