First of all I would like to thank Vilma Lozano Jones and her dedicated staff, Aracelis Collado-Lorenzana, Elizabeth Ortiz, Stephanie Raghundanan and Arleen De La Cruz as well as Luz the receptionist at the Kissimmee office for settling my case and in my eyes reaching a favorable outcome in my case. It took two long years of waiting and waiting and then waiting some more. Vilma and her staff were always willing to patiently answer my questions and help me navigate through this elaborate arena or personal injury claims. They also fought for me and showed me she really cared for my interest and well being, It is clear to me that your firm would not be what it is today without these kind of individuals whom are essential to your firm and are an integral part of Morgan and Morgan. On the day of the mediation, which took almost 4 hours, she told me at one point "I can make this happen" and she did. I called at approx 1.45 pm Monday 11 April, I got put through to a young gentleman who was very arrogant and rude. I was trying to explain that I needed help in a complicated House Insurance Claim. He was not interested in listening to my explanation of the complications that this involved. I WILL NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. They are certainly NOT people for the people. I needed help, not attitude.

As a 39 year old, I may collect Social Security before my cases get taken care of. But its always someone elses fault and my case will be taken care of by next month...for the last time 6 months. Rant # 2 July 1st. Again its always someone elses fault when stuff isnt taken care of. I should have gone to a smaller firm that actually cares about my business.

This is a great waste of time, The commercials on TV for people. What a load of Bullshit. I spent nearly close to 1 hr speaking with a phone operator, that at the end decided that the personal injury case is not what this firm is looking for.. Way to go guys, single out what you want to do and don;t give a rat ass about the small people.
