Terrible experience. Opened and account and requested that they rollover my IRA from another bank. It is a routine operation that takes however a few weeks. After 6 weeks nothing happened. When I called up I found that the bank officer that I dealt with did not do the job properly. Called her up and she gave me a time that she will call back to give details (she was too busy at the time). She did not call at the appointed time. Next day she called and asked me to come to the branch at 10:30 next day. I cancelled another appointment to be able to be at the branch on time. On the way there I got a cell phone call that the meeting is cancelled and another one is set up later in the day. Obviously, my business or my time is of little concern to this officer. Tried to call the branch manger to get assigned another banker. She is out all day. It is the lousiest service I had from a bank branch for a very long time.
