The bank employees are great. This place is SUPER busy. Avoid the first time of the month. The plus side of waiting in the super long lines is how much you make in interest waiting.

They lost my id in the drive thru. They nonchalantly said we will look when we have time and did not offer to pay to replace my id. Im switching banks this is ridiculous.

Lines can be long on the banking side but mortgage department was great to work with. Must maintain a share account when you get a loan.
