It is such a pleasure to be able to comment on the 5 star level of service I recently received from Annie Reyes at Summit Insurance Group. Annie assisted me with a complicated matter and she made the entire process, from my first contact until conclusion, seem so simple. She even explained every step of the process as we were completing the paperwork. She also stayed after hours and waited for a reply to her email so that I would not have to make another trip to her office.
