I chose Osborne & Associates over several other law firms. I had spoke to Dennis Faulkner on the phone and his manner and time spent listening to me was phenomenal. He was able to come to my home and speak with me face to face. I had felt that it was important that he explained the whole process to me. Joe & Dennis had me feeling well informed, and left me with a confident feeling that everything was going to be just fine. Osborne & Associates was always their whenever I had even the slightest question or concern. O&A treated me as a top priority. I would highly recommend Osborne and Associates to anyone in need of top personal Injury lawyers. They wont disappoint you if you are at all cautious about the legal process.

Andrew Norden – Attorney Extraordinaire!!!!! I was severely rear-ended and started off my case working with Joe Osborne, but then worked with Andrew Norden from about midway through the case to completion. Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He was honest, straightforward, easy to contact (returned all correspondences right away), and actually answered questions in a way that was understandable. His advice was always honest and provided the ever necessary guidance. Andrew handled my case very much to my satisfaction and in fact he exceeded my expectations by a lot. I have been a client with Osbourne And Associates for over a year now and I have never heard from them since my initial contact. I have called the secretary for Andrew Nordan many times I have called and text bot Andrew Nordan and Joe Osbourne to no avail! I am extremely upset this is not the way to handle a case by any means! I have not even been set up for physical therapy and I have two cases with their office! I will be seeking new representation and I will keep you posted on the firm I chose to use! Enjoy your day!
