I know David Eltringham as a respected professional in the community. I have come to learn about him personally and how his firm views the importance of clients’ health, needs, and financial interests. Importantly, it is clear that his professional relationships with medical providers are beneficial to his clients. He knows many of the top care providers in many medical practice areas such as specialists, general practitioners, occupational and physical therapists, holistic care providers, and chiropractors. His focus on his own personal health means that it never leaves his mind to think of the long term health of his clients. He is a serious business person and has clear plans for the long term growth of his firm, That translates into a vigorous focus on client service, staff training, and team communication. His associates and staff are trained to keep the best interests of the clients front of mind as this helps to ensure the long-term viability of his business. He works with business and professional development consultants to stay on the forefront of the legal field. His firm is on the cutting edge when it comes to the use of technology. They have been in “the cloud” since before it was even called the cloud. This allows for faster production of documents, systems with double checks on the time sensitive requirements, a paperless office, and video conferencing. He speaks passionately about defending his clients rights and vigorously fights to ensure his clients are made whole. He won’t back down from the intimidation attempts made by the deep-pocketed insurance giants. He negotiates when possible, fights when he needs to, and wins big settlements regularly, even when other law firms couldn’t make progress on a case. He has shared with me the various diverse cases he has handled, including auto accidents, slip and fall accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, wrongful termination, and the list goes on. I can recommend him enthusiastically and I do.

ELG – Eltringham Law Group! These guys are the real deal. Funny Story… April 5th, 2013. I get into a Hit & Run with a Drunk Driver. My car is totaled. The Good Samaritan who chased down the driver got a VIN# and I was so happy because I didn’t have Uninsured Motorist. I come and sit down with David Eltringham (yes the actual attorney – not a dispatched office clerk). He explains that he will do everything in his power to help me get this guy and he does. That gentleman is facing charges right now – NOT BECAUSE OF THE INVESTIGATORS… BECAUSE of the Attorney’s office (Kim is the Bomb!). They worked on the case even though there was no money in it for them. What attorney does that?! Fast Forward: August 5th, 2014… A young kid pulls out in front of me and boom. Another accident. First person I call? David Eltringham. His office figures out that my Chiropractor is not doing a good job. They send me to a Neurologist by referral who diagnosis some major health issues and then sends me to an Orthopedic who needed to do Surgery. These guys figured out that I was without surgery for 60 days because I thought I didn’t need an attorney. BOTTOM LINE: This case was settled and we all actually got paid. More importantly, without his expertise and great doctors they work with, I could’ve been permanently injured and never healed. You think attorneys are in it for the money but THIS ONE CARES ABOUT THE CLIENTS! Thank you for not only saving me pain and agony but also saving me from the hassle of fighting with the insurance carriers. You guys are the best and if I ever need you again believe me – I WILL BE CALLING DAVID ELTRINGHAM.

My two children and I were unfortunately involved in a car accident last year when we were stopped at a red light and rear ended by another car. I was five months pregnant at the time and my thoughts immediately turned to my children and unborn child, while trying to push aside the pain I was feeling all over my body. Several years ago I was in a very serious head-on collision and did not know what to do. I previously had a poor experience with one of the big name personal injury law firms. I hired a lawyer after being rear-ended in a car accident back in 2012. Unfortunately, the only thing that seemed to matter to him was money and he didn’t have any real interest in me or my case. I quickly got passed off to a paralegal and I never heard from him again despite numerous phone calls from me. Making matters worse, my own insurance company tried to deny PIP medical payments coverage because I did not go to a doctor right away and the adjuster said it was a “low impact, minimal damage” accident. My insurance company even went so far as to accuse me of insurance fraud even though I was really hurt. Then I heard about the Eltringham Law Group. David Eltringham aggressively represented me at the insurance company examination and my insurance company backed right off and paid my claim. Better yet, he ended up getting me a terrific financial settlement from the driver that hit me, which far exceeded my best expectation in light of all the problems I had early on in the case. A couple of years ago I was hit by a drunk driver on New Year’s Eve while driving with my friends. The accident and the aftermath was crazy. This was my first accident and I really didn’t know what to do next until a family friend who had worked at Eltringham Law Group recommended I hire Attorney David Eltringham. David really took the time to answer my questions and explained all the possible outcomes for my case. The staff at Eltringham Law Group were always available to talk to me and kept me informed about my case status. They were always friendly and also made sure I saw some of the best doctors for my medical care. David and his associate knew the law and let the insurance company know that they were going to be on the hook for their drunk driver’s negligence. Their hard work made all the difference in my case. Just 5 months ago, I was the passenger in a very bad accident. I knew that I was hurt but had no idea how severe my injuries really were. My friend told me about the Eltringham Law Group and how they could help me. Although I had a busy work schedule and an infant daughter to take care of, the ELG staff worked around my impossible schedule and were able to get me the medical care I needed. I was in a hit and run accident with a huge dump truck that crashed into the side of my car and took off from the scene. Even though I followed the truck and called the police, the trucker lied to the police and said he never hit my car since there was no visible damage to his truck.
