Attorney Rosenberg is such a nice man who made everything move so smoothly for my family. He took his time with us. He explained everything piece by piece and not only wiped out our worries and problems in a chapter 7 bankruptcy, he did it with compassion. His office is diligent and his staff are warm and caring. He even spent time with us to avoid foreclosure and did so many courtesies for us. He always returned all of our call and was quick with an answer. Thank you, Max! We will come to him for our Wills and Living wills next.

I have used Max, and the firm for over 6 years for numerous services. Max understands Bankruptcy law, and can simply explain it to anyone struggling with their debts as he did for a few friends of mine. Utterly lacking in professionalism, follow though or focus, they fail to accomplish even the most basic steps in resolving their clients issue. Communication and follow through is non-existent, forcing the client to be responsible for managing the case. It is true that lay people need the expertise of a good attorney in the often confusing legal system, but working with this group can actually be counterproductive to your interests.
