On Black Friday someone got a hold of my DB card info and started running up charges at Walmart totaling just over $200 each. I discovered it on Sunday and called customer service. The immediately turned off the card and instructed me to go in to the closest branch ASAP. I did so on Monday, signed a few forms and they printed me a new DB card and today I looked and ALL funds have been restored to my account. Easy and stress free solution to a potentially detrimental situation. LOVE THIS CREDIT UNION!

There is a man named Jayesh who works here, let me say he blows his top very easy what a rude man. Does not know what customers service is about. . Worst experience in banking i have ever had. I will close my account after this today. I would stay away, way to many banks and credit unions to be treated like that. This is the second time I had a bad experiance with him.

We came to the bank at approximately 4:30pm today, and we were expecting to make a deposit. However, upon arrival we were told that the lobby was closed. Their hours on the door clearly stated that the lobby was open until 6:00pm. We were not even provided with an answer as to why the lobby was closed a full hour and a half early.

I wish I could give them less than one star. They have been tossing me around to other representatives just to set up a manual payment on my auto loan. I have been on hold for about 20 minutes now, I guess I will have to go to a branch just to set up something so simple. It is disappointing how they treat their customers.

WHAT A HORRIBLE BANK!!! I will be closing my accounts as soon as I can. Credit Unions are meant to help people and all the a**holes do is judge hard working people. I regret ever opening any accounts here!!!
