Matt has been my business attorney for the past 3 years and has been phenomenal. What I love about working with Matt is that he thinks like a lawyer, but doesn’t act like one. He is not arrogant or condescending and breaks everything down in a way to where it is easy to understand (and he doesn’t charge me extra for doing so). He has a brilliant business mind which he combines with his deep understanding of the law. His rates are incredibly reasonable and I have never once felt that he has over-billed me (if anything it feels the other way around). He usually charges me a flat fee for his services which includes all of my questions and phone calls and e-mails. He has helped set up my business, negotiate contracts with manufactures and suppliers and de-escalate a competitor who sent me a frivolous cease and desist letter. I highly recommend Matt for any and all small business owners who want a top notch attorney who doesn’t act like one.
