Brian and Mark are amazing at what they do, are very personable, funny, and caring. You can stop reading the review here and just hire them but to give more details of our case and the process keep reading: My boyfriend and I were in the unfortunate situation of being hit by a drunk driver one evening while driving home from a nice dinner. It was a traumatic experience; neither of us had been in a major accident before, let alone one that totaled two vehicles. Our physical injuries could have been a lot worse given the situation but luckily we were both able to walk away, until the next morning when we could barely move. We went to urgent care and saw our primary doctors but the back and neck pain didn’t go away. We didn’t know what to do in the situation and, being new to California, didn’t have a good network to seek advice. We turned to Yelp and decided to give Brian a call after reading through his positive reviews. The initial meeting with Brian and his colleague, Mark, was straight forward, going through the details on the accident and all of our personal information. They even recommended doctors for us to see in the area. Brian and Mark suggested that we finish all medical treatments before moving forward with the case to ensure all costs would be accounted for. This included seeing several doctors, multiple bouts of physical therapy, pain medication and acupuncture. This took time and nothing ever “cured” my pain. I still cannot sit in certain positions or for long durations without my back hurting and I get these awful twinges in my neck. I didn’t want to go the invasive epidural route so I was happy when I finally found a way to manage the pain through PT exercises. I told Brian I was done with treatment and off the case went. We provided all of our medical bills, out of pocket expenses, etc. and they ran with it. We had to appear for a deposition with the other side’s attorney at their office which was a little nerve wracking but we met with Brian and Mark ahead of time and prepared how to get through it. I would compare it to a bad interview, but it wasn’t as awful or scary as we thought it would be. We waited. In the background, Brian and Mark were hard at work trying to get all they could for us. They were good at informing us of where they were in the process, always returning our calls or answering questions. Finally, a settlement came in that we accepted and here we are. We learned that it can take a long time to go through the motions of a case but the wait was worth it. Brian and Mark aren’t the type to get it done quickly just to get it done and move on to their next case; they truly want to get what you deserve. Again, I would highly recommend Brian and his team. They are professional and caring and will help you through every aspect of your case to make sure you get the outcome you deserve.

Words alone cannot express my appreciation for what the Law Offices of Brian Breiter has done for our family. About 29 months ago, on a late Friday night my parents were involved in a DWI accident which turned my world upside down. My parents were coming home after work around 11pm. When they were exiting the 10 freeway they were hit broadside by a drunk driver who failed to yield while merging onto the freeway. The drunk driver and his passenger left my parents there for dead and fled the scene only to be arrested a few hours later. While my father managed to somehow survive, my mother passed shortly after the impact of the accident. My two brothers and I were a complete mess and had no idea what to do or where to start. From grieving the loss of a mother, having a father in ICU for over a month fighting for his life, planning a funeral, dealing with law enforcement, and trying to run the family business, reaching out to personal injury lawyers was turning out to be more frustrating than I had expected it to be. However, lawyers Brain Breiter and Mark Rubashkin from Law Offices of Brian Breiter changed the dynamics of our entire situation. I still remember our first conversation over the phone, Brian spent over an hour just listening to my story, knowing exactly what I was feeling and going through. His genuine nature of caring for others was evident as he felt like a lifelong friend instead of a lawyer I just reached out to. He went on to calm me down and explained to me the importance of prioritizing what and who I worry about. That right now, I needed to take care of my family members (who are also grieving) and most importantly my own health. Everything else we can talk about later because we have plenty of time. Anybody can do a good deed and call themselves a good human but Brian and his partners, did more than just talk. I still remember when Brian told me that all the money in the world doesn’t replace what I had lost the other night, and that my family has already lost so much. He expressed their commitment and support by taking on the case pro-bono unless they recovered over $250K for my family. Despite the fact that the offender was worth nothing, Brian and his team did not give up and spent 18 months building an amazing case. Money-hungry professionals are everywhere nowadays and in the times where for most people, quality of service doesn’t matter, Brian and his team are here to help those in need at their darkest hour. They are not only thorough professionals but I am confident they are also some of the humblest people I have or ever will meet. I am truly grateful to call Brian and his partners my friends. Thank you for helping my family again and again.

It is with great pleasure that I write this personal account of my experience with the Law Offices of Brian Breiter. Nearly two years ago, I was rear ended while completely stopped on the freeway in what ended up being a 4 car collision. Add in a touch of confusion, lies, a deceitful defendant, an absolutely uncooperative, morally suspect insurance company, and you have a recipe for disaster. It is popular knowledge that when one is rear ended, the driver in the back is automatically at fault. Common sense dictates that it isn’t any more open and shut than that. But when the defendant’s insurance company (whose name rhymes with MERCURY) employs a year and half filibuster that would make Congress look like a well oiled machine, rectitude and scruples are all thrown out with the bathwater. My car was wrecked. I was injured. It is unfortunate, but in the world we live in most are unconcerned with fairness, with giving what is due. You will need someone in YOUR corner intellectually armed to the teeth—someone able to adeptly traverse the legal morass that awaits you. All throughout this long and arduous journey, Brian and Mark have been absolutely stellar. They have approached my case with compassion, fortitude, and dogged perseverance. Yes they actually care. You quickly begin to see that they are sincerely dedicated in their fight against the reprehensible nature at how victims are grossly mistreated by the insurance companies. At every juncture, point, and line item, the insurance company attempted to swindle, bamboozle, and deceive. And at every turn Brian was there to make sure they did not. Due to the tireless work of Brian and Mark, in the end I received the MAXIMUM settlement for my injury claim. Furthermore, they went above and beyond to make sure I received an excellent settlement for property damage and loss of use. I give Brian my 100% full endorsement and would send any of my family and friends to him for representation.

When it comes to personal injury lawyers, you can’t do any better than Brian Breiter. After a long drive, my parents had almost arrived to our home from Arizona when I received the dreaded phone call that they had been in an accident. It was a multiple car pile up and my mom was being transported to the hospital in ambulance. She had sustained some head and neck injuries requiring a short stay there and the car was totaled. This was Thanksgiving… three years ago. Upon returning home she had to seek medical specialists for a proper recovery. To help my mom offset these costs, I sought out the help of an attorney. At the beginning of my search, I was a little leery as so many personal injury attorneys seem so smarmy. After reading MANY reviews, and doing my due diligence. I contacted Brian’s office. Within a couple of hours Brian returned my call, and we discussed my mom’s options and the possibility of her having a case. During this conversation, I knew he would be the right man for the job. The very next day we had a conference call with my mom, and he immediately started to build her case. I never imagined it could take so much time. Throughout this trying time, Brian was a consummate professional. He patiently walked us through every step of the process. He made sure my mom’s medical bills were being handled properly and would not be sent to collections while we awaited a verdict. Whenever I had a question or concern, Brian would promptly respond via phone or email quelling any anxieties that I might have had. The case has now finally closed, and we could not be happier with the result. My mom received a settlement for more than three times the amount we anticipated. Thank you Brian for your hard work, determination and perseverance over these last three years. We truly appreciate all you have done. Hands down, without hesitation, I would recommend Brian Breiter.

In regards to car accidents, Brian is one of the better attorneys in Southern California area. I found his office to be very organize with my paperwork. Never had I needed to resend documentation. Emails were replied back in a reasonable amount of time. This is a sought after attorney for good reasons. I am delighted that his staff is able to keep up with so many cases and not push the client into questioning their decision to retain him. I found that other top lawyers in Los Angeles and Orange county know about his competition to their business. 3 other top lawyer firms stated to know Brian well. When the top lawyers in Los Angeles logically have interactions with each other, it means Brian is a member into the top circle of top lawyers. I found my case to be manage well by his firm and can attest to me recommending him for car accident cases. Update 01/2017: Second time using Brian You can tell quality service after first impressions. Brian helped me in my second case with a national company well funded with lawyers. I was able to get my case resolved in a shorter amount of time compared to the typical 2-3 years that would have occurred for bigger more complex cases just like mine. I can tell you that I entrust my future with Brian. He performs at a dimension that superstars can only evoke when you see them in person.

When searching for a lawyer, many of us read the online reviews. They state that John or Frank is a great lawyer. It is hard to make one’s mind, but I want to reach out to you and tell you my story. I did not find Brain through the online reviews, or even through a consultation. I met Brain through my brother. My brother was involved in a moderate motorcycle accident and chose Brain to represent his interest. He used to tell me how great Brain was. He told me Brain was getting this done or that done and how Brain advocated the best medical care for him. I never thought in million years that I would be in a serious accident myself. Just two years later, I was nearly killed and spent twelve days in an ICU, and another 47 days in a hospital bed. At that time, as one can expect, a lawyer was not exactly in my mind but I remember my brother on the side of the bed telling me that Brain was going to take care of me; he was going to advocate my rights. My brother’s trust in Brain never wavered, and now, I understand completely why. Many of us are aware of the negative image of a lawyer in our popular culture. Can you imagine if they were all like Brain? We would have a lawyer day celebrated each year, and we would send them gifts and flowers to show our appreciation.

I was on my bicycle on my way home from work when I got in an accident. I ended up fracturing my clavicle. I lost the use of my right arm and couldn’t work. On top of that I was in excruciating pain while waiting on the insurance company to contact me. I was scared and stressing out and I didn’t know where to start to get help. I called Brian and scheduled a meeting, spoke to him and he did an awesome job explaining what I need to do and what was going on and what might and might not happen. He relieved my stress and got me the medical help I really needed. He got me to see a great doctor that immediately treated my injury and gave me back the function of my arm. He also got the insurance company to pay out the maximum amount on the policy. He has been kind and generous and honest throughout this ordeal. He did more for me than any other lawyer would have and he gave me an honest detailed explanations of what was going on. Thank you Brian for everything you’ve done for me.
