I would give them negative stars if I could. Should have read reviews on here. My best friend used them for a custody case and paid them $2k. Michael J. Saglimben was the attorney and he was never available. For $2k he attended the initial hearing for which he was woefully prepared and did not defend his client at all. He never bothered to make an appointment with her to review the case prior to the court date. We made several phone calls during this 3-4 month period for legal consultation when issues with the opposing party came up. During this time the office staff who answered the phones were rude and acted put out. They promised return calls by Mr. Saglimben which never occurred. The whole experience was awful. Fortunately the other party wanted to settle and his lawyer handled everything on that end. At the time she paid the retainer Michael J. Saglimben agreed to pay back a portion of that money should the case not go all the way to trial. Once the settlement paperwork was done we asked him again about a refund and he agreed that money was owed back. We never heard from him again and follow up phone calls yielded nothing. Not only were they worthless in this case but also liars. Find a lawyer elsewhere!!

I have used this law firm for both custody and regular legal issues. My custody case was handeled by Mike Saglimben. He did a excellent job at a fair reasonable price for a very heated battle. we first dealt with it in pennslyvania while we lived there. Mike then repersented me when my two children moved to New York. Jay I used for a simple traffic ticket infraction and everything was resolved quickily with no problems. I would highly recomend the two hard working dedicated lawyers. the ladies in the front office are great at fielding the calls as well Jamie and Andrea.

I do not recommend these people. They took my money then completely dropped the ball for me. I needed work done and was told many times that they would get it done. I was brushed off almost the whole time. I was told certain paperwork was filed or sent just to find out that in fact, nothing was done. After weeks and months of no effort or communication from them, I moved on. I would avoid these people and find someone else to work with. These people will treat you like a second rate citizen.

Top notch attorney. Mike Saglimben has been my attorney for awhile now. Spot on, sharp as a tac. Absolutely Amazing in court. I am so thankful for him!! I was recommended by someone else who had mike for their attorney and told me great things- He has proven it over and again and I am very confident with him by my side representing me.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Bad bad bad! needed help with a court issue. Lawyer was NO help! Over charged, didnt add up payments correctly, added extra things onto bill. didnt help with anything for the court issue that they were hired for.
