I was talking with a friend of mine when the discussion turned to bankruptcy attorneys. He had heard that I was looking for an attorney and asked how it was going. I told him that I had met and talked to a bunch of them, but they all left me feeling unsatisfied. He then told me about a BK attorney he had used name Raj Wadhani. He gave me his highest recommendation for this attorney and went on so long applauding his legal prowess that I thought for sure he was getting paid. Well I went home that night and did some research on this guy, trying to find some unsatisfied customer who would tell me the truth about him. To my surprise every review seemed to be as good as or better than the next. I searched the web even looking into rip-off reports, but I could not find a single complaint. The next day I called the Law Offices of Wadhani & Shanfeld to make an appointment. When I met Raj, he immediately made me feel very comfortable. He gave me his full attention and asked me what he could do for me. I told him I really didn’t know and this was the first time I had ever considered bankruptcy. He smiled and just started asking me questions, so that he could better advise me about what to do. Finally he began to lay out my options for me, telling me the pros and cons of each. With his help I decided to file for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. He then set about explaining what would happen in the next few months, telling me he would advise me about each court appearances if and when they came. Now it was time to talk about money. I was almost certain that I would not be able to afford his services. To my surprise his rate was very affordable and he even let me pay it off with time payments. Well, I received my Chapter 7 Discharge a few months ago and I am ever so thankful to Raj and his team of professionals. As I look back on the experience I realized how lucky I was to have found Raj. I no longer have to worry about who’s knocking on my door. When my phone rings I know it is either a friend or a telemarketer. I recently applied for 3 credit cards and I now have more than $7,000 to lean on in case of emergency. I have even had new car loans as big as $60,000 offered to me. Life after bankruptcy is just fine and all because I found the right Law Firm and the right lawyer in Raj Wadhani.

January 2016 My husband and I were uneasy and very uncertain about filing bankruptcy, but we needed a plan and help with our bills and with keeping our heads above water, for we were sinking.
