I rate them at a 0 because they gave me inaccurate and inconsistent information. After following their financial advice, I am worse off than when I first went there. When they had taken over seven hundred dollars they then told me they could not help me and would not give me any refund. The only refund that I received was the federally required refund of court fees and I had to make upwards of 6 phone calls to get that.
