I hired attorney Tengler for a probate case. He had me come in for over 10 office visits and charged me significantly for all and did not legally advise me through the entire period. There was guidelines in my case every attorney is supposed to know and he did not follow them for my success. He just drug it out as long as he could and never actually did what I hired him to do. I retrieved any and all evidence for my case and researched the laws. HE DID NOTHING! In the beginning he sounded like success, so I hired him. From that day forward I was just being used and neglected. Several times he hurried and pushed me out of his office to get another client in. Leaving me with a expensive bill, no legal guidance and clueless to what steps are next.. there is supposed to be different prices for tengker and his assistant. While spending hours with his assistant, I was billed his hourly rate. I contested the price and he threatened to drop me. I saw the secretary making bills out to clients that he charged his hourly rate for. He billed me 8 times for a court status when I requested him not to. It was an experience I hope no one has to have. There are many attorneys in Rockford

Hands down the best law office in town. Brad Tengler is an exceptional attorney, who fights for you both in and out of the courtroom. Quite simply. He cares. The same can be said for his great staff. They always took the time to anwser all my questions, were flexible with me on making payments and never gave me the "run around" throughout the whole legal process.

Horrible. There is absolutely NO guidance. Communication? They tell you, no appearance needed at court. If you want to know what happened at court, you have to call, make an appt for a week or two later to discuss. I would never recommend this firm.
