They really work to understand my specific needs and provide me a tailored package of insurance products that coordinates home, landlord, life, business, and car coverage. No assumption that one-size-fits-all here. Whenever my situation changes, like it did when my home was revalued or my business expanded or my daughter bought her first car, I just tell John about it and my coverage adjusts like magic. Beyond insurance, John and his team seem to always be looking for ways to make life a little easier for me, from responding quickly to my calls to referring quality vendors to coordinating roadside assistance.
