I unexpectedly found myself in a situation that I was not able to handle myself and needed legal representation. I was referred to Tyler Allen Law Firm by a family member and couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From the time I engaged the firm and Tyler himself took my case, I felt supported and cared for. I received clear direction on what was required of me as well as what to expect throughout the proceedings. When I had additional questions or even just nerves about the next steps, I was always able to contact Tyler directly, via phone, email, or text. I always received a prompt reply, either with the information I needed or an offer to speak on the phone if I wished. On the day of the court appearance, Tyler and one of his colleagues met me in advance to again explain what would be taking place and set expectations. During the hearing, there were nuances we had not predicted, but Tyler handled professionally and without missing a beat. He successfully achieved the desired end result in court and immediately explained what steps were required to finalize. He followed up with me after to ensure that I was able to complete the necessary steps and welcomed any opportunity to further assist me in the matter. I received a traffic citation for criminal speed on the I-10 by going 87 in a 75 on a Wednesday night at 11:30 because I was working late on a second job and trying to get home to get a good night of sleep in order to wake up early and go to work again. Short of reducing my citation to a civil, the officer was unsympathetic. Anjali Patel, my attorney, was very sharp and quick-witted in the courtroom and was able to convince the judge to allow me to take online defensive driving school a second time within a year to completely eliminate both fines and points. Very impressed by Mrs. Patel as well as the administrative offices of Tyler Allen. They do not communicate often...but just as much as is necessary to get the job done. Strongly recommend their services.

Best attorney for speeding tickets. I did a lot of research, spoke with several attorneys who specialized in speeding tickets over the phone and I found Mr. Tyler to be very knowledgeable and experienced. After hiring, the law firm handled the entire process from start to finish, providing prompt updates along the way. They were very responsive to questions throughout the process. Within a short amount of time he was able to get the best possible outcome, which was to get the case dismissed. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney for speeding tickets.

If I would have show up to court without Tyler Allen I would have lost this case. Instead it was dismissed. I was able to go back to work with a clean record and no fine. I sat in court listen to other people try to present their case to the judge without a lawyer. I realize these would be the same questions I might ask or arguments; that would have me walking out of court paying a fine as well as point license. FYI do NOT speed in AZ! In Utah there are signs posted at 80mph and 85mph is commonplace, but in the lovely state of Arizona they’ll hit you with a Class C Misdemeanor for anything above 85mph. Thank you Tyler Allan and crew for getting the charges significantly lowered with 0 points going on my record!! His staff is top notch! They stayed on top of my case all the way through it.
