What a great company to handle all your HVAC needs. Backstory: Our A/C stopped blowing cold air on Tuesday night. We called in to a popular HVAC company to get a recharge of freon. The inspection pointed to a leak in the evap coil. Called home warranty company, was given several horrid companies to do the work. Did a Google search and STB came up as the top rated result in the Gilbert area. Thankfully, we were able to choose our own contractor for the job! Called and spoke with Ashley, who is AMAZING at ensuring you are treated like royalty, is very knowledgable, and answers all my crazy OCD questions (and should receive a raise! ;)) She told me someone will return my call with an estimate. Ryan, who is equally amazing, called back almost immediately and sent me an estimate within twelve hours. He then came out after business hours to do a second diagnosis inspection. (Ryan also deserves a raise! ;)) It turns out it, in fact, IS the evap coil leaking. The next morning, I get a call at 7:30am saying that the installers will be there at 8:00am. Danny shows up and expediently gets to work, removing the offending coil. Dean shows up a little while later with the new coil to replace it. (Again, Danny and Dean deserve a raise for working in the hot attic for a couple hours!) The install went well and both were very efficient in doing their work. They were also very friendly, which is refreshing to see with installers! Additionally, Ashley helped setup the communications between STB and my home warranty company, which was really appreciated, as I was getting a bit annoyed by said warranty company at that point... Overall, I will say that because of the above and beyond service I received from Ashley, Ryan, Danny, and Dean, I will not hesitate to call them for any future HVAC needs. I recommend them whole-heartedly!

When I came home from work on a Thursday afternoon my wife told me the A/C unit outside started to make a loud noise so she turned it off. I went outside to look at the unit and saw that the fan blade was broken. When I called Simply The Best to schedule a service they were quick to help. Since I knew it needed a new fan blade they had me read the model number to them so they could try and get the part I needed before the part store closed, since it was so late in the day they were not able at no fault of theirs to get the part till the morning when the store was open. They did there best I felt. They came first thing the next morning with the new blade and found that we also need the motor replaced. We asked about just getting a whole new unit and he was able to answer our questions and go over our options and possible costs. He gave us a good deal on the new unit that we chose and scheduled to have his men come out first thing Monday morning. He also went ahead and changed the broken blade for the new blade as a temporary fix so that we could have AC for the weekend at no additional cost. The house started feeling cooler right away. Two men came Monday and got to work in the attic and out back. They were quick to do the install. They showed us how to use the new thermostat and provided us a manual for it also. We can see and feel the difference already and plan to see a difference in our energy bills too since it is a more energy efficient unit. Thank you Simply The Best.

It was the middle of August in Scottsdale Arizona. Average temps that week were 112 degrees when our 20 year old AC started leaking water through our interior walls. It was a mess. We called a local service company who does a lot of advertising on tv. They responded right away and determined our AC was shot and needed entire system replacement. We were desperate and they knew it. They recommended a $13,000 high end unit with 5 day delivery. Then I called Simply The Best. They offered a better unit plus UV air sterilizer + electronic air filter, installation within 2 days for under $9,000. The installers who came out were true craftsmen. Later I learned that all Simply The Best employees are regularly screened for illegal drug use and receive a criminal background check before being hired. The moral integrity and commitment to excellence at Simply The Best are second to none. I highly recommend them for service or installation.

This summer has been off to a hot start. We bought a house last year and the a/c seemed to be fine. Recently, the air was not working during the day. So last night I did some googling and found a bunch of ads that say 24 hr service. This company was the only one that answered the phone. An after hours rep told me that he would call me in a few minutes, and he did. He offered to come right out, and told me that it would be $79 or so to come out, but if we do any repairs the fee is waived. I needed to talk to my boyfriend and told him that I would call him back. He actually called me back about 30 minutes later. I asked him to come in the morning, and he said between 8 and 10. He showed up and fixed the a/c unit. We paid about $165 to have him fix what a previous repairman screwed up. Thanks Steve. I will be using them again. We purchased a 2 times a year check up service plan for $15 a month for a year. Very happy.

We have been service plan member for several years; and have always been satisfied. This past weekend, we used them for a service call which turned out exceptionally far above and beyond our expectations. First, they answered their phone on the weekend, away from the office, and got us in worked in after Brian’s last call, which was only about an hour or so from then. Brian fixed the issue within an hour of being there, for far less than we thought it would be! And, on a holiday weekend! To fix our specific issue, he took time to think outside the box and go above and beyond to make sure we had air condition for our family, as soon as possible, despite it being the last call of the day, at the beginning of a holiday weekend. We are so very grateful. I would recommend them to anyone!

No, show for original appointment. Tech called later in afternoon to schedule following day. Called twice because lost, then showed up spent alot of time, up and down his ladder in the house, walking in and out of house. Then outside, then in again to say he needed to fill out invoice. 30 minutes later, says no charge. Then rings bell to come 8n again to say his supervisor said to charge 34.oo $. Greatful he finally left, only to see the laundry room floor and counters covered with insulation, and walked through house on all rugs and floor to front door. What the Hell!! We live in a newer community with nearly 3000 homes. We will not be telling are friends what great service we had. Very unprofessional!

I had Simply the Best install a new unit a few months ago. Everything went wonderfully. I did notice that a bedroom that formerly was nice and warm was cooler. I called and Ryan came out and found the problem. It was a vent that was partly blocked. Ryan was very professional and listened to what the problem was before making any assumptions. He showed me pictures of what was going on upstairs and how he fixed it. He explained the tests that he was doing on the unit to make sure I understood how things worked and what he was doing. Unfortunately I never got to be serviced by them. I emailed them over the weekend about some prices and never heard back. Every time I called their office, it would just ring and go to voicemail. I even made sure to call at reasonable times during the day :( not sure if they are super busy 24/7 but I just felt ignored. I ended up going with a different company but wished I could have gotten the same service that the reviews showed, the great reviews were why I contacted them in the first place!

Company responded quickly and were professional and efficient when they arrived. They replaced my old unit and installed the new one in a timely fashion. The workmen were very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone who need air conditioning or heating work.
