I was shocked to see so many positive review with a company I had such an awful experience to the point I had to cancel my contract. It happened about a year ago, I have proof of all the communication I tried to establish with the manager. My emails were not responded, the manager refused to answer the phone, the staff acted as if they had no authority to solve anything. The issues were: -they showed up unannounced when they showed up, they refused to spray in the attic, they did not follow scheduled appointments, they doubled charged me for an appointment that never took place, when they sprayed it took less than 35 minutes to do a SFH. I had to call them after they sprayed because there were insects as it had never happened. Fortunately I had paid with a credit card so I was able to reverse the double charge. I say beware of this company, hire them at your own risk.

Tony Vitruong came and sprayed my entire 3 acre for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and gnats a day before we had a party outdoors. I swear, NO ONE got a single mosquito bite! We had at least 50 people over and I normally leave out bug spray for everyone to use and no one even asked for it. I did not expect it to work so great after just one day, but even on the same evening that Tony sprayed, I can tell there was a big difference and there was no chemical smell, etc. We have a pond in our backyard, so these bugs gravitate towards our home. I will recommend Green Pest Services and Tony Vitruong to everyone I know.

The technician that regularly came to my house in Falls Church was always professional, punctual, thorough & respectful. He was consistently friendly to my children and took time to address concerns, answer all of my questions & explain what he was doing each time. I appreciate that they offer to come to your home as needed --free of charge--in between scheduled treatments, unlike other pest control services I have used. Very impressed and very highly recommend GPS!

The technician, Jason, was friendly and professional. This was a repeat treatment from just starting my service with them three weeks ago. Jason was able to pinpoint where the probelm was originating from and treated the source area in hopes to completely eliminate my problem. He explained all the treatments he was performing and why and gave me a timeline of if I was still having problems when to call back for more intensive treatment if necessary.

I also appreciate the attempt to help me with whatever "critter" issues I have and wherever they are on our property, including lizard issue in the garage and dewebbing in our kids tree house. Victor was the most thorough pest control technician to visit my home in 28 years. He was especially attentive to my ongoing problem with mice in my garage. He discovered both old and new mouse remnants in the attic above the garage and searched out possible entry points. He has promised follow up in 2-3 weeks to verify the mouse problem is being addressed effectively. I appreciated his courtesy and extra time.

These guys are great! Came out here with poles and bristles to reach outside the third story of our townhouse and lay down repellent. Great attention to detail and very thorough. Happy to be a customer! Had them back today (6/28) to put down some traps for silverfish and some other minor things. Again, I am very pleased with their work! Always professional and thorough. Happy to have a contact with them.

The sales parson was good. He promised that he would use eco friendly insecticides but ehy came in with chemicals that had no mention of being eco-friendly on their labels. They casually told me that the eco friendly branch they were going to use was back ordered. Hi Boss i talked to was pretty rude to me and hung up the phone on me. I cancelled before the first service.

Victor Aragon was amazing! He knew exactly what he was doing and took care of the wasp nest with no issues. I got the quarterly package, which I am glad I did. We have an old home that is prone to lots of bugs!! He sprayed the entire house inside and out and was done within the hour. So glad to found this service!!

Every spring I seem to get ants in my kitchen. This year I called Green Pest and they were able to get rid of the ants with mostly servicing on the outside. I was very skeptical, but it has worked. I am impressed with their service and would recommend them to anyone.
