I was in a car accident recently in which I suffered neck and back pain. I was seen at the local emergency room hospital and then by my own doctor. Physical therapy was recommended and proved beneficial. The insurance company of the other driver, who had taken responsibility for the accident, was covering my treatment costs. However, I consulted with Ben to find out what to expect and to determine how to proceed before settling with the insurance company. Ben and his staff were extremely helpful to me. I had read the publications that he has sent out regarding such matters, and I always read his newsletters from cover to cover. I knew enough to ask a few more questions before signing off on the offer that was being made by the insurance company. After meeting with Ben and relating to him the details of the accident and the extent of my injuries, he was able to assure me that I did not need a lawyer to settle my claim. He told me what to expect, how to negotiate with the insurance company and how to protect myself. I then felt more confident in my ability to handle the matter and was satisfied with the outcome. No one ever wants to go through a situation that requires legal counsel or representation; however, it is comforting to know that people like Ben Glass are in the community to provide information and support when it is needed. I would recommend Ben to anyone who finds themselves in need of legal counsel. If he is unable to help you, he is able to refer you to a reputable firm who can meet your specific needs. Ben was extremely responsive and very practical in his advice. I was having difficulty dealing with a car rental company who was the responsible for damage to my car resulting from an accident. Ben quickly cut to the heart of the matter, provided useful advice, and explained his reasoning in a way a non-lawyer could understand. And, it was obvious he was objectively (and patiently) pointing me towards the best course of action for me. He stayed with me until all of my questions were answered and until I fully understood this course of action. I have dealt with lawyers in the past who seemed like they were trying to get to the "end" as quickly as possible or were pushing towards an outcome that would be most beneficial to them. Not Ben. It was obvious his sole intent was to protect my best interests. Thanks Ben!

I commend Mr. Glass for his excellent communications skills. Even a novice can understand his succinct, first-person narrative writing style. He succeeds in simplifying the very complex process surrounding tort claims. He provides insight into evaluating grounds for same and realistic expectations for judgment award amounts. Today I was grateful to have James Abrenio represent me in a reckless driving charge. Going into court, my hope was that I would be able to keep my license, hopefully have the charge reduced somehow, and most importantly stay out of jail. Mr. Abrenio was able to accomplish all three.
