Kathy, my wife, was represented by Heatherly in the pursuit of her disability claim. The process started in February of 2016, was completed and submitted in late June. Her Notice of Award was received in November. We are delighted. Kathy, considering her disability, would have never been able to navigate the complex application process on her own. Although she was responsible for obtaining the information required from her employers and medical team, the patient and understanding Heatherly staff assistance made all the difference. They were thorough, professional, available and effective.
